David E. Bernstein

David E. Bernstein is associate professor at George Mason University School of Law. Professor Bernstein graduated from Yale Law School in 1991, and is Visiting Professor at the University of Michigan School of Law. Bernstein is author of the books, Only One Place of Redress: African-Americans, Labor Regulations, and the Courts from Reconstruction to the New Deal and You Can't Say That: The Growing Threat to Civil Liberties from Antidiscrimination Laws; co-editor with Kenneth Foster and Peter Huber of Phantom Risk: Scientific Inference and the Law; and the author of articles in Yale Law Journal, Michigan Law Review, Yale Journal of International Law, Northwestern University Law Review, Texas Law Review, Georgetown Law Journal, Vanderbilt Law Review, California Law Review, and Science, the California Law Review.
