Hovannes Abramyan is a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute. He previously served as Director of the Center for the Study of Ideological Diversity at Reason Foundation and Policy Fellow at the Pacific Research Institute. Dr. Abramyan received his Ph.D. in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles, and his B.A. in political science from the University of California at Berkeley. His articles have appeared in such publications as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Investor's Business Daily.
