Thomas J. Peters III is Founder and Chairman of the Tom Peters Company and a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Independent Institute. He received his MBA and Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Stanford University, and he is Co-Founder of Skunkworks Inc. and has served as Partner and Co-Founder of Organization Effectiveness Practice at McKinsey & Company. He has been called the "uber-guru of business" (Fortune and The Economist) and "the father of the post-modern corporation" (Los Angeles Times), and he was listed as one of the “100 most powerful people in Silicon Valley”) from 1965–2000.
