Steven J. Eagle is Professor of Law at George Mason University. He received his J.D. at Yale Law School and has taught at law schools of George Washington University, Vanderbilt University, Pace University, and the University of Toledo. Professor Eagle is Fellow at American College of Real Estate Lawyers, Member of the American Law Institute, and Vice Chairman of the Environmental Law & Property Rights Practice Group for the The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies for Law and Public Policy Studies.
A contributing author to numerous scholarly volumes, Professor Eagle is author of the books, Regulatory Takings and Ohio Mental Health Law.
