Jahn K. Hakes is a Mathematical Statistician at the US Census Bureau. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Duke University, and he has taught at Clemson University and Harvard Law School.
Professor Hakes’s articles have appeared in such scholarly journals as Public Choice, American Law and Economics Review, Economic Inquiry, International Journal of Sport Finance, Southern Economic Journal, Journal of Economic Perspectives, Journal of Sports Economics, Risk Analysis, Journal of Risk Research, and Journal of Policy Analysis and Management.
