David E. Bernstein

David E. Bernstein holds a University Professorship chair at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. A graduate of Yale Law School, he has been a visiting professor at the University of Michigan, Georgetown University, William & Mary, Brooklyn Law School, the University of Turin, and Hebrew University. Bernstein is author of 5 books and co-author of two others, including Only One Place of Redress: African-Americans, Labor Regulations, and the Courts from Reconstruction to the New Deal,; You Can't Say That: The Growing Threat to Civil Liberties from Antidiscrimination Laws; and Classified: The Untold Story of Racial Classification in America. He is co-editor with Kenneth Foster and Peter Huber of Phantom Risk: Scientific Inference and the Law; and is the author of articles in Yale Law Journal, Michigan Law Review, Yale Journal of International Law, Northwestern University Law Review, Texas Law Review, Georgetown Law Journal, Vanderbilt Law Review, California Law Review, and Science, the California Law Review.
