Adam C. Pritchard is a Professor of Law at the University of Michigan and a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute. He received his M.S. in social thought from the University of Chicago and J.D. from the University of Virginia. Formerly associate with the law firm, Bickel and Brewer Pritchard, Professor has also clerked for Judge Harvey Wilkinson of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, and for the U.S. Solicitor General. His articles have appeared in the Virginia Law Review, Fordham Law Review, Arizona Law Review, and Supreme Court Economic Law Review.
