William Tucker (1942–2016) was a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Independent Institute and the author of the books, The Excluded Americans: Homelessness and Housing Policies, Progress and Privilege: America in the Age of Environmentalism, Vigilante: The Backlash Against Crime in America, and Terrestrial Energy: How a Nuclear-Solar Alliance Can Rescue the Planet.
