David L. Kaserman was a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute in Oakland, California, and the Torchmark Professor of Economics at Auburn University. He contributed to the book Entrepreneurial Economics: Bright Ideas from the Dismal Science (Oxford University Press, 2002).
