James A. Dorn
James A. Dorn is Vice President for Monetary Studies at the Cato Institute, Editor of the Cato Journal, and Professor of Economics at Towson University. Dr. Dorn received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Virginia.
Dr. Dorn has been a visiting scholar at the Central European University in Prague and at Fudan University in Shanghai, he has edited 10 books, and his articles have appeared in numerous publications.
