Sr. Fellow Ivan Eland, author of the newly updated book Recarving Rushmore which ranks all of the U.S. Presidents in terms of peace, prosperity and liberty, talks about President Barack Obama and his ranking. Obama ranks near the bottom, but it was an early 20th century president that takes the title of "Worst President" in terms of peace, prosperity and liberty.
