Sr. Fellow Richard Vedder, author of Restoring the Promise appears on the Lars Larson radio show to talk about college student loan debt. Vedder says colleges and universities should have "skin in the game" and be responsible for a portion of defaulted student loans. He offers other ways in which college can be made more affordable and efficient.
