Sr. Fellow William F. Shughart II has written a lot on abolishing the changing of clocks twice a year in the US. There are economic and productivity issues as well as an increase in automobile and pedestrian accidents due to the "silly" practice of changing our clocks backwards and forwards, says Shughart.
