Whaples explains the term social justice can be salvaged if done right with examples in educational reform (school choice), by reducing regulations in occupational licensing, reducing zoning regulations to enable the building of housing, using inexpensive energy (fracking) so poor people pay less for their bills. Justice can be used to enable people to cooperate better with each other, not tear them apart.
