Brad DeVos earned a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Urban Studies from the College of Charleston and an associated degree in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting from the ITT Technical Institute.
A member of the historic Mont Pelerin Society, DeVos is also a graduate of the Atlas Network Leadership Academy, and is part of the Foundation for Economic Educations faculty network.

As COO, he will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing the Independent Institutes operating strategies, as well supervising the Marketing, Outreach and Sales teams, as well as the Finance and Administrative departments.
DeVos will facilitate and support all operations, exercising oversight in the areas of budget planning and control, human resources, technological capacities, partnerships, production, distribution, and promotion.
