Ive been waiting to see outrage in all the usual places. The editorial pages of The New York Times. The blog posts at Slate. Commentary at the Huffington Post. But all I can find is indifference. Have these people given up hope? Have they ceased caring? Have they lost their moral compass? I am speaking, of course, about what these folks used to regard as the single most important issue of our time: inequality.
