Richard Stroup was one of the founders of the environmental economics movement, a conservationist of the first rank who co-founded the Property and Environment Research Center (PERC). He was a mentor, friend, entrepreneur, scholar, writer, and an accomplished economist.
Michael C. Munger is Senior Fellow and former co-editor of The Independent Review at the Independent Institute, and Professor of Political Science, Economics and Public Policy and Director of the Philosophy, Politics, and Economics Program at Duke University.
Terry L. Anderson is the John and Jean De Nault Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution and former President and Executive Director of the Property and Environment Research Center.
